Don't usually play anything like this, but what do you think of this guitar tone? Appropriated crankyrayhanky's Hard Rock forum DRUM jam for this...

It could work for a NÜ metal application

Kind of reminds me of how Marshall style amps sound with a Fortin 33 or Grind pedal.

Sounds really good to me. Played back on laptop speakers and still had meat to it.

ESP Eclipse with Fishman Moderns in Drop B tuning --> Radial JDVMK3 direct box --> Apogee Symphony I/O --> Logic X --> Fortin Nameless Plugin (default settings - I didn't change anything)

Doubled the riffs and panned hard left and right. No EQ or anything else added except a little Reverb...

when you say you doubled the riffs...did you copy and paste, or play twice?

sounds a little notchy and pointed to me. this MAY work with a quad track situation with a much bigger sounding counterpart doubling in stereo and using these to give the attack point of the riffs definition.
But by itself it sounds pinched and too narrow.

Was the Grind on? Either way, I like the tone and eventually plan on getting the Nameless and NATAS plug-in.

Yeah, the Grind was on and set as in the picture. When I opened the plugin, that was how it was by default. I literally changed nothing.

Really, right? Not my usual, but I got interested to hear this plugin and I do have this Eclipse in Drop B, so, I figured, why not?

I like it, articulation seems to be there, beefy but still maintains the definition from the high end. Great job
