Let me tell you something Ninja. Back in the 80s I read an interview with Les Paul and he said that before he went to bed, he would clean his guitar and put it on a stand in his bedroom so it would be the first thing he would see when he woke up.

After getting this guitar I finally get what he was talking about.

You guys made my cold heart feel a bit warmer with that. Greatly appreciated Raf and Tom!

Every one of these Bauer builds I see look so damn sick. I want one.

Endtime, I should hit you up soon for a no frills 25.5 hardtail superstrat.

Well you know where I be
But To be honest and this goes for most builds, no frills stuff is cool if the design is cool or different or the paint is a little more involved but personally I want to build stuff that keeps things interesting and a step up. I built some no frills stuff cause people would maybe only trust someone without a big name with that kind of stuff and I get it, but I think words getting out I know how to build a true top level instrument and now I’d rather do stuff that would further my name and “brand” rather than build meat and potato guitars.

So for someone like you, I’d guess perhaps a fanned fret. Or sumthin that would set it Apart. There really isn’t many aspects I can’t do besides getting into the real custom inlays. I haven’t done much in regards to learning how to expertly cut pearl and create the real custom inlay. I know how, but that’s about as far as I’ve gotten. But fanned frets, neck thru, different bridges, for instance doing a build with a Hannes bridge coming up next, Am evertune can’t be too far away, etc I . want to make sure each build has something cool or a some custom features included..

Good stuff man. I'll get with you sometime in the future. I'm actually thinning the herd right now... but every time I do that, I end up filling it right back up lol.

I bought a 4wheeler today... so let me recover from that.

I don't wanna hijack DBNs NGD thread anymore than this though... :thu:

Ya know, while Eric builds amazing guitars, when I saw this I was like...I'm just not gonna say anything bad about this finish, plus who am I to judge, and to each their own.

But these plaid fucking guitars...I will judge you LOL. Horrible lol.

You choose that paint just for the manliness of a Paul Bunyan guitar, didn't you?
