Announcement: New Moderator Greatmutah

Hello all,

I wanted to have a second mod here to help me out and also I never wanted to have a single moderator for the entire forum. Greatmutah had been already doing some mod work with the yearly BOTR and doing an awesome job at it so it was the natural choice for me to ask him to do it.
