Unfortunately I moved across the country from my band as we were wrapping this thing up.
I'm really bummed about it but I hope they can use the album to find themselves a suitable replacement.

Thanks brother, appreciate you taking a listen!
Definitely take a minute to work around the album, lots of different vibes on the album.

Sounds good man!

Your singers voice sounds so familiar but I can't quite place it.

I know that feeling of wrapping up with a band as the album is coming out. I still wish I got to play some more shows with Sun Blind after the record released.

We actually discussed yesterday that we’re just going to write the next album remotely with me still involved (ie heavily writing) and playing with them whenever I’m in town for work.

I’m really stoked about this because we already had some bangers in the queue and I really would rather just keep writing with these guys than start over again. It’s not like I can play shows anyway so might as well keep on writing with my musical soul mates.

Edit
Comparison I’ve heard before is Amy Lee but I think that’s just because it’s a pretty female voice over harder music more than anything tonal similarities.

I'm very jealous that you've found a group of people you really connect with like that dude. That's awesome.

I was actually more thinking Paramore but only when she sings a certain way. Her overall tone isn't like Amy Lee or Hayley Williams. I'll let ya know if I ever place it.
